Description
1 lb Pizza Mix 1 cup +1 Tbsp Water 2¼ tsp or 1 packet Yeast
Dissolve yeast in water. Add Pizza Mix. Mix with hook until the dough ball forms on low speed, about 2 minutes. Cover dough and let rise in warm place 5 minutes. Cut dough to proper size and spread dough on greased pan with fingers. Add toppings. Bake at 425˚F for 15-20 minutes.
Ingredients: Enriched bleached flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), whey, sugar, contains 2 % or less of each of the following: soybean oil, salt, dextrin, soy protein, sodium caseinate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), sodium hexametaphosphate, calcium stearoyl-2-lactylate.
