Chunky Potato Soup is a delicious and nutritious alternative to common potato soups. This mix features a variety of garden vegetables in a base made with real whole milk, sweet cream buttermilk and potatoes. This potato soup has neither meat nor meat broth added which makes it perfect for those on a meatless diet. Try adding browned, ground beef or drained canned tuna to make a one-pot meal.
Directions: ¾ cup 1½ Cups Water & 1 Cup Milk - simmer 10 min.
Mix water and/or milk with soup mix in saucepan. Using a wire whisk, stir well while bringing mixture to a boil, being careful to avoid scorching. Once boiling, reduce heat. Simmer for noted time. Remove from heat, cover and let stand/steam 5-10 minutes to allow vegetables to fully hydrate. *Optional Addins- Choice of Meat and/or Fresh Vegetables.
